After her bath, Julia Land finally took a deep breath in relief.
She turned and saw James Thompson enter with a cup of milk, which he handed to her, "Drink this and get some rest early."
Julia nodded and teased, "Mr. Thompson, you are truly considerate. Anyone who marries you is so lucky… Ah."
James flicked her forehead gently with his finger.
"Ouch, that really hurts," Julia said, holding the cup in both hands and taking a gentle sip. The warm milk slid down her throat, bringing a sense of relief.
James sat beside her and stretched his hand over the back of the sofa, making it appear as if she was in his embrace, "Do you need my help with the Silicon Express shipwreck?"
His voice was low and filled with concern.
After finishing her milk, Julia set the cup on the coffee table and lazily leaned back into his arms, "No need, and by the way, I'm planning to bring Dale back to the Bell Family for dinner in a few days."
