Jack Munday, carrying an honest look, brought bamboo shoots from Basket Village as a gift for the two neighboring households on the floor.
"These are bamboos grown in our village, not something very precious, just brought them for you guys to try," he said with a naive smile on his face.
Seeing his honest expression and the freshness of the bamboos, and acknowledging the fact that they were indeed not expensive, the neighbors accepted them.
"Thank you, really thoughtful of you," said one neighbor as they accepted the bamboo shoots, "Our family happens to love eating bamboo shoots."
After giving the bamboo shoots, Jack Munday returned home.
Hazel Fields saw Jack Munday with a smile on his face and couldn't help but say, "You went to give away stuff? Why give it to them? You are not even close."
Jack Munday snorted, "What do you know? Get things organized quickly, see what's missing, we'll go buy it in a bit."
