Julia Land and James Thompson only knew about the conversation between Bella Quarter and Eleanor Thompson in the office.
But as for whom Eleanor Thompson would approach to contact Carson Dunn, they had no idea.
And they didn't need to find out.
They'd know when the time was right anyway.
Julia Land had already selected the photos. She put down her phone and extended her hand as James Thompson leaned forward cooperatively.
"Mr. Thompson."
"Hmm?"
James Thompson carried Julia Land, who had been lying on his lap.
With her head resting against the sound of James Thompson's heartbeat, Julia Land said, "Once our daughter gets married, let's leave our son with Dale to raise. Just the two of us, traveling around the world."
A faint smile appeared on James Thompson's lips. Clearly, he was delighted by Julia's decision. He nodded, "Hmm, that's a great idea."
"Close your eyes. I want to kiss you," Julia said softly, her usually cool voice carrying an unusual gentleness.
