Carson Dunn looked at James Thompson and Julia Land's cold expressions, his heart sinking.
"Uncle, Aunt, I'm sorry, it's my fault for not handling this matter well today, and letting Little Dale be wronged," Carson's voice was low and sincere, "Could the wedding still go ahead?"
Levi Dunn stepped in quickly to speak for his son, "In-laws, let's sit down and talk thoroughly first, the time for the wedding ceremony hasn't arrived yet."
Julia Land said indifferently, "Let's go inside and talk."
Carson Dunn let out a breath of relief.
The makeup room was spacious, sitting down inside wouldn't feel cramped for both families.
Dale Land looked at Carson Dunn and her parents' expressions in confusion, a sinking feeling creeping into her heart.
Carson Dunn's eyes carried an apology, "Uncle, Aunt, Little Dale, I'm truly sorry. I didn't know Harper Woods' family would choose today to come and cause trouble."
