Chapter 356: No One Is Wrong

Xi Wanfen couldn't remember how she managed to get back to her office.

She was both heartbroken and sad.

She didn't know where the problem lay or how it turned out to be a real breakup.

She held back the pain to complete her shift that night.

It wasn't until she got home at night that she finally broke down and cried.

Next door, Xi Huarong and Li Shirui hadn't gone to bed yet, when they suddenly heard crying. Li Shirui instinctively said, "I'll go check on her."

"Go ahead," Xi Huarong said, "It must be because of the boyfriend issue."

Li Shirui knocked on the door, and after a while, it opened.

Xi Wanfen had already stopped crying and said to Li Shirui as if nothing had happened, "Mom, Zhan Bai and I broke up. Mom, I'm fine, don't worry about me. You guys should go to bed early."

After speaking, she closed the door and lay back on her bed, sobbing bitterly.
