Yan Xi raised her eyes to look at the man standing beside her, wondering if he had stood by her side as firmly as he did now three years ago, between her and Zhao Xue'er, perhaps they wouldn't have ended up divorcing.
She pursed her lips, speaking in a soft voice.
"President Yu might have to spend quite a bit then."
Yu Siting extended his hand to smooth the stray hair on her forehead behind her ear, responding in a low tone.
"Without the Yan Family, there wouldn't be a Yu Siting today; much of my money was originally yours, so it's not about spending excessively."
Yan Xi looked up at him, her clear eyes flickering slightly before she quickly lowered her head to conceal her emotions.
Zhao Xue'er, hearing Yu Siting's words, wore a slightly surprised expression.
Any other man wouldn't likely admit in front of others that his current status was supported by his wife's family, especially when he was so successful.
And Yan Xi is now only considered to be Yu Siting's ex-wife.
