Fu Shilv walked out of the bedroom, leaning casually against the second-floor staircase railing.
Sheng Youxia pushed a suitcase, seemingly with not much luggage packed.
The man stood higher up, exuding a sense of superiority.
Sheng Youxia glanced up at him, "Aren't you coming down to help me carry the luggage?"
Fu Shilv straightened up and slowly made his way downstairs.
Just as his hand touched the suitcase, Sheng Youxia gracefully stepped up the stairs, making him look like nothing more than a porter.
The master bedroom hadn't changed much; after taking the suitcase, Sheng Youxia unpacked her belongings and hung them up in the walk-in closet.
She noticed Fu Shilv standing there in his pajamas. "I'm going to take a shower. You should go ahead and sleep first."
Of course, he couldn't fall asleep.
Listening to the sound of water flowing in the bathroom, Fu Shilv felt restless, though he couldn't quite explain what he was excited about.
