Chapter 486: Skipping Grades

Momo took the book from her hand and gracefully closed it: "There are millions of kinds of love in the world, but romantic love is the most unique among them. Take familial love for instance; my Daddy and Mommy have other children besides me. I have brothers, sisters, and I'm willing to accept them and share paternal and maternal love with them. But romantic love is exclusive; when you love someone, you hope that person belongs only to you. Why does only romantic love have this exclusivity?"

Mr. Yi couldn't help but say, "Momo, you're really amazing. I can't believe you're only 8 years old."

She sat down on the chair and asked, "How is your relationship with your mom?"

Momo said, "My relationship with Mommy is very good. Our family, we all have good relationships."

Mr. Yi was a bit curious: "Are you generally obedient?"

Momo shook her head: "Not obedient."

Mr. Yi was somewhat surprised, as this was the first time she'd heard a child evaluate themselves this way.
