The next day, Violet asked Owen to take her son to school. Afterward, she sat alone in her studio, sipping coffee. She found it bitter yet comforting. Setting down her cup, she let out a sigh.

When Owen returned after dropping off the child, he noticed her despondent expression. Approaching her, he touched the top of her head, his fingers intertwining with her soft hair. "What are you thinking about?" he asked gently.

Violet looked up at her brother and said softly, "I'm thinking, should we accept Young Master Frye's collaboration offer?"

Owen paused his movement, looked down at her, and murmured, "Violet, if you're reluctant, you don't have to force yourself."

Violet shook her head and replied, "No... I think Young Master Frye was right. Some scars really do need to see the sunlight."
