Violet Don was roughly thrown onto the passenger seat by Noah Bates, clad only in a bathrobe with a long towel covering her. As Noah pressed the accelerator, the sports car roared and shot away from the spot in an instant.

Graham Frye's home was a full twenty kilometers away from Noah Bates's private mansion, yet Noah sped there in just over ten minutes. Upon arrival, he pushed open the door with his fingerprint, went straight upstairs, and flung Violet onto the large bed.

Violet felt as if she had been through a catastrophe, the world spinning and her vision blurred. Unable to alleviate the effects of the drugs in her system, she was like a fish out of water, close to drowning at the shore.

Suddenly, it seemed as though someone had pressed down on her. Violet was completely drained, unable to even open her eyes. She struggled to see who was before her but only glimpsed a blurry figure.
