Noah Bates chuckled softly, "Are you mocking me for never having obtained her either?"
Nicholas Woods didn't speak.
Noah Bates knew Nicholas Woods revered Violet Don; he looked up at Woods, "What exactly do you think about Violet Don's kidnapping?"
"I can't simply assert." Nicholas Woods respectfully distanced himself from Noah Bates, "Whatever Young Master Bates thinks, it is."
He wouldn't help Violet Don explain things to Noah Bates, and surely, she wouldn't deign to either.
Watching his assistant, Noah Bates smiled, "I've captured everyone involved in this incident, and their unanimous story was that they decided to kidnap Violet Don on a whim, whether coerced or tortured, their script hasn't changed a word. Yet, Violet Don insists again and again that Andie Andrews is planning everything. I want to know, why must she insist it's Andie Andrews?"
Nicholas Woods lowered his eyelids, "If Young Master Bates is puzzled, perhaps he could ask Miss Don himself."
"Me ask?"
