The very next second after finishing those words, the roller coaster reached its highest point and plunged straight down!
"Aaaaaah!!"
The sense of weightlessness and high speed violently struck Violet Don. She felt as if gravity had let her go, and she was about to fly off, only to be harshly pulled back down by the safety gear. This irrational stimulation made her scream out loud, like an alternative way to release her emotions.
Eventually, when the roller coaster finally stopped, Violet Don's hair was all blown messy. As they got off, Wayne Don laughed hard, "Mommy, you're just like uncle."
Owen Don too was screaming throughout the roller coaster ride, but the mention of "uncle" caused a severe pain in Violet Don's head.
A picture flashed in front of her eyes—Owen Don lying cold in the hospital—she pressed her temples as numerous past voices breezed past her ears.
"Violet Don, calm down..."
"Noah Bates, if I were you, I'd laugh even in my dreams!"
