Once these words were out, Noah Bates stared at Carlos White with an especially fierce look, "What are you trying to do?"
Carlos White leaned against Violet Don and sat down by the side, then turned to look at his good friend, "Don't understand human speech? I'm inviting Miss Don to dance together tonight."
"Sorry." Violet Don smiled apologetically, "I probably won't stay at the venue much longer tonight."
Noah Bates was stunned by Violet Don's words, "You're not attending the late-night party?"
"Hmm." Violet Don nodded toward Noah Bates, "I want to take a stroll nearby tonight. Everything I needed to discuss has been covered. I don't have much interest in attending the remaining party, so I might as well go out and have some fun myself."
"Alright." Noah Bates shrugged somewhat regretfully, "Maybe I should accompany you outside, but unfortunately, tonight I have a lecture to give. If you're willing, I can come find you afterward."
"No need to trouble Mr. Noah."
