Nezu stood calmly at the entrance of U.A., sipping his tea as he waited. All Might stood tall, his usual smile in place, though there was a knowing glint in his eyes. Izuku, on the other hand, looked visibly nervous, shifting slightly as his mind undoubtedly raced with thoughts. Beside him, Aizawa had his arms crossed, eyes half-lidded but alert.
Aizawa frowned at Izuku's presence, clearly questioning why he was here, but he chose not to say anything—at least, not yet. He would inquire about it later, along with the real reason for this unusual welcoming party. If both All Might and Nezu were here, the arriving guests must be important—bigshots, even.
Then, it happened.
A door appeared.
It wasn't dramatic—no flash of light or crackling energy—just a sudden presence where there had been nothing before. The structure was simple yet striking, painted in black, red, and white, with opaque windows that revealed nothing of the inside. At its center, a single black door bore a red and white infinity symbol, subtly pulsing as if alive.
A moment later, the door opened, and they stepped out.
First was Lan Xuanyu, his eyes faintly glowing with nine-colored light as he took in the new environment. He glanced at the school grounds with quiet interest, his posture relaxed yet confident.
Following him was Rias Gremory, her long red hair flowing as she walked with natural grace. She didn't seem particularly surprised by the setting, simply observing with a small smile.
Irene Belserion came next, carrying an air of quiet authority. She didn't speak but gave a brief glance around as if assessing the area.
Bibi Dong stepped out, her expression indifferent. She took a quick look at the people waiting for them before exhaling slightly.
Uchiha Shisui followed silently, his eyes flickering with awareness as he scanned the surroundings. His presence was understated, but the way he moved made it clear he was always ready for action.
Then came Lily Potter, her green eyes kind yet sharp.
Foara Ul, tall and powerful, adjusted her stance as she stepped out. Her Kryptonian physique, combined with her new devil physique, naturally gave her an imposing presence, but her expression remained neutral.
A four-armed woman, Booma, followed, her gaze steady and unreadable. Despite her unique form, she moved without hesitation, as if her arrival here was just another step in a long journey.
Then came Acier Silva, regal and composed. Her eyes swept over the area, her expression unreadable but curious.
Ditian stepped through, his golden eyes settling on All Might briefly before looking at the school grounds. His presence carried the quiet strength of someone who had seen much and expected little to surprise him.
Finally, another figure emerged, moving with an elegance that almost seemed unnatural.
She was breathtaking—long black hair cascading down her back in silky waves, golden slitted eyes gleaming with intelligence and amusement. Her alabaster skin contrasted sharply with the pristine white gown she wore, adorned with golden embroidery that accentuated her regal aura. Curved black horns jutted from her head, and behind her, large black wings twitched slightly as she adjusted to the new environment.
Albedo had arrived.
The moment she stepped forward, she instinctively moved behind Lan Xuanyu, her hands clasped in front of her in a perfect display of poise and submission. Despite the serene expression on her face, her gaze was sharp—calculating. She surveyed the school grounds with quiet curiosity before settling her attention on the individuals awaiting them.
Nezu watched them all carefully.
He had heard of them before—from All Might's stories. The Wish-Granting Shop and its members were legendary in their own world.
When he first heard All Might's tale, he had almost believed that All Might had hallucinated the entire experience, but that theory was shattered when All Might revealed his fully healed stomach. The fatal injury that had once defined his fate, the very reason he had sought a successor, was gone. That alone had forced Nezu to accept the seemingly impossible truth—the Wish-Granting Shop was real.
All Might took a step forward, his usual boisterous energy present but slightly softened. "Welcome to U.A. High School, my friends. I thank you all for accepting my invitation."
His eyes scanned the group before narrowing slightly. He turned to Xuanyu. "Did Lady Tsunade and Lady Qian Renxue not come?"
Xuanyu shook his head. "Sorry about that. Renxue gained some important insights and is currently in closed-door cultivation to digest them."
All Might nodded in understanding. Before he could say anything else, Shisui spoke.
"Since Lady Tsunade is currently Hokage, she has to deal with various village matters. She really wanted to come, but… Shizune."
Lan Xuanyu smirked. "Let me guess—she tried to sneak out, and Shizune caught her?"
Bibi Dong let out a quiet chuckle, crossing her arms. "For someone with such a grand title, she seems quite skilled at avoiding responsibilities."
All Might laughed heartily. "You're probably right! Shizune must have had her hands full trying to keep Lady Tsunade from escaping."
Rias turned her gaze toward the unfamiliar woman standing behind Xuanyu, her expression neutral but observant. "Who is she?" she asked, her tone calm and direct.
Lan Xuanyu glanced at Albedo before giving a small nod. "This is Albedo," he introduced, gesturing toward her. "She's my personal maid and aide. She also serves as my bodyguard."
Albedo placed a hand over her chest and bowed respectfully. "It is an honor to meet you all," she said in a composed tone. "As Lord Xuanyu's servant, I will be assisting him in all matters."
The others examined her briefly, taking in her presence. Irene Belserion gave a single nod, acknowledging her without much reaction. Bibi Dong observed her for a moment before shifting her attention back to the school grounds. Uchiha Shisui's eyes flickered slightly, noting her stance and demeanor, while Ditian gave her a glance before returning his gaze to All Might.
Rias simply nodded in response. "I see," she said, before returning her focus to the surroundings.
Xuanyu gestured toward the demoness standing behind him. "Ah, I should introduce someone." He smiled. "This is Albedo, my personal maid and aide. You could say she's also my bodyguard."
Albedo bowed gracefully. "It is a pleasure to meet you all. As Lord Xuanyu's loyal servant, I shall be at his side in all matters."
Aizawa let out a barely audible sigh, already mentally preparing himself for whatever chaos this encounter would bring. His eyes scanned the guests, analyzing each one, though his gaze lingered slightly longer on the tall red-haired woman with four arms.
Meanwhile, Izuku looked completely overwhelmed. His mouth opened and closed a few times before he finally managed to speak.
"A-All Might… these are the people from the Wish-Granting Shop, right?" His voice wavered slightly.
Aizawa narrowed his eyes. Wish-Granting Shop? The heck is that? And how does Midoriya know about it? All Might told him? He gave a suspicious look to Izuku and All Might.
All Might grinned. "The very same, Young Midoriya."
Izuku gulped, shifting nervously. He had heard the stories—the fantastical tale of All Might's adventure. How he had stumbled upon the Wish-Granting Shop, a place that supposedly defied logic and reality. How his life-threatening injury had been completely healed. And how, as a reward, he had received two free wishes—a concept so absurd that Izuku had struggled to believe it at first.
But the proof was undeniable. All Might's old injury, the very thing that had forced him to seek a successor, was gone. Izuku had felt nothing but pure joy upon hearing that. Yet, at the same time, a tiny part of him had feared what it might mean. Would All Might take back One For All now that he no longer needed a successor? The thought had unsettled him, even though he never voiced it.
However, All Might's second wish had shocked him more than anything else. He had been given the chance to create his own Quirk—something unheard of, something that defied all logic. The implications were mind-blowing. Even though All Might never revealed what his first wish had been, this second one alone was enough to leave Izuku in awe.
From that moment on, Izuku had dreamed of becoming a member of the Wish-Granting Shop. If a place like that truly existed, if such miracles were possible, then he wanted to be a part of it. All Might had assured him that his time would come—that one day, he, too, would be granted entry.
Then, just a few days ago, All Might had given him another surprise. He had called Izuku and told him that the Wish-Granting Shop's members had been invited to watch the U.A. Sports Festival—and that he would be one of the people welcoming them.
Even now, standing before them, Izuku could hardly believe it was real.
