8. Pain gives Anger

The sight of a child killing one of the bandits once again shocked the people, but the bandit which was being attacked by Armaros got ready to attack as he used Mana to increase his speed and power.

But Armaros managed to deflect it with a strong swing to the side and kicked him on his right shin causing the man to stagger since his stance was destroyed as he raised his left hand in a claw and grasped his throat and pulled it out with some help with Mana.

'Shit! I need to do this fast.' Armaros thought to himself as he didn't wait as he went towards the next bandit.

He reached him and stabbed him through the heart as he used his small size to the advantage and dodged the sword attack before he kicked off of his body and landed on the ground before he felt a heat behind him.

He looked back immediately and saw a fireball as he immediately summersaulted over it as he immediately looked at the rest of the bandits in his sword, as he knew that he needed to deal with the rest of the 22 left.

He landed on the ground as two bandits attacked from either side as his eyes widened as he saw them swinging their swords at him in a diagonal swing from both sides as he ducked under the swing of the guy on his right and sliced his leg off as he hissed from the use of Mana before he stabbed him through the back of his head as he kicked the bandits body onto the other bandit.

Armaros grunted and grit his teeth as he felt the pain in his body before he powered through it as he stabbed his sword through the two bandits before he took the sword of the bandit he just killed and use it to the stab the head of the second bandit and kill him.

He grabbed both his sword and the one he just used and pulled the both of them out as he glared at the bandits. His sword was shorter than the bandits, since it was needed for his size as he saw them rushing towards him.

He dashed to his left as he went on his knees as he skid on the ground and went under the legs of the bandit as he sliced his genitals as he screamed in pain before Armaros righted himself and threw the bandit sword in his hand to his head.

The sword stabbed into the head of the bandit and killed him as he let out a air from his mouth as he felt his body BURN from the use of Mana in the fight.

He started running with his sword as the bandits dashed towards him using Mana as he cursed his situation. Four bandits were closing in on him but the problem was the shots of Mana coming towards him as he cursed as he increased his speed and narrowly dodged one shot and crossed blades with the bandit.

He used his ability to sense Mana, a skill he had painstakingly learned he felt the other three coming towards him as he groaned and leaned to the right and decreased the power causing the bandit to lean to the side as he placed his hand on the guys chest.

He made a sphere of Holy Light and destroyed his heart and some parts of his chest before he grabbed the body and used it to swat the three bandits in one go and throw them in a heap together.

He made a sphere to light as he ignored the pain as he made it with more Mana and shot it at the four of them and immediately destroyed them as he panted.

But the sound of electricity caused him to swiftly turn around and see the next bandit with his sword covered in blue electricity as he immediately used his sword to block it as he used his hands to stop it as he was pushed back a bit.

'If this goes on I will die! Damn it! Just use Mana you idiot and ignore the fucking pain!' Armaros thought to himself as he grit his teeth and glared at the bandit.

He put strength in his right leg and broke the ground as it caused the focus of the bandit as he used this crucial moment to immediately make the bandit lose his sword before he killed him immediately as he turned around and saw the rest of the bandits coming towards him and holding some of the villagers hostage.

"Alright kid, if you don't want any of them to die then—" A bandit said only for him to be stabbed through the face by the sword Armaros threw in great speeds.

Armaros was in overdrive now due to the situation as he completely disregarded the pain as his whole body was in pain due to him coursing Mana through his entire body as he glared at them with his pupils glowing with Mana which intimidated the remaining bandits.

"AAAAAAHHHH!" Armaros screamed from the pain and the anger he felt due to the pain as he felt his senses bolster from the Mana.

The movement of the world around him slowed as he is able to perceive things with much greater clarity and speed as he looked at them. He let out a puff of air from his mouth as his pupils glowed from the Mana.

Whenever he felt pain, Armaros also felt anger at the fact that he had to deal with pain, something which he had even before his rebirth. Whenever he would experience pain, he would become angry that he had to deal with the pain, and use the anger to suppress the pain, a cycle of pain and anger so to speak. And due to the intense pain he is experiencing now, his anger also peaked.

He took one second in real time for him to come up with a course of action as he felt as if his entire body was being burned from the inside as he leaned forward quickly. And then in speeds that neither the bandits nor the villagers were able to perceive, he zoomed across the area.

He sliced off the arms and heads of the bandits as he moved with great speeds as the only thing they saw was his blurring body as he came to a stop.

The bandits didn't have time to say anything as their heads flew off of their bodies and their arms fell off as the villagers shouted in shock and fear at the sight as all the bandits were killed.

Armaros gasped and panted as he stabbed his sword into the ground as he stopped using Mana, the pain almost causing him to lose consciousness as his eyes were half lidded as he kneeled down and tried to catch his breath and get a hold of himself.

He felt the pain in his entire body fade, but his body shook from all the pain he had to endure to commit and use that attack.

'Shit. Don't faint don't faint don't faint.' Armaros thought to himself as he bit his lip.

He took a minute of staying there as the villagers were also slowly recovering from the sight, though they were also grateful for the fact that their village has been saved from bandits as some managed to free themselves from the ropes after trying without the threat of the bandits.

Armaros stood up after a few more seconds as he wobbled a bit before he straightened his back and took a step back and looked at the sky, as he felt a bit relieved at the feeling of his back standing straight as he let out a quiet moan due to being free from the pain.

'Gosh, it feels so good.' Armaros thought to himself as his body now felt tranquil without any pain as he filled his lungs with air and let it out as he felt relief.

He looked at the rest of the villagers as they freed themselves as he let out a sigh of relief as he surveyed the area and is glad to see that no more enemies are around as he let his body sag a bit.

He still has all his energy, the pain didn't have any physical effects on him so he was fine and didn't suffer from any physical detriments which gave him some relief as he only had to deal with the pain, which wasn't saying much.

'Well, let's get this over.' Armaros thought to himself as he looked at the villagers.
