Richard Reyes had been waiting nearby, and only when Yolanda Greenwood left did he dare to approach.
He cautiously observed his boss's expression.
"Boss, the organizers of the dinner have sent a boat over. They said we can board at any time."
"I'm not going," Cooper Coldson took one last look at the silhouette of Yolanda Greenwood. "Let's go home."
"Yes." Richard Reyes glanced at Yolanda too before quickly following Cooper.
He didn't really understand.
Ever since he saw Yolanda's medical record that day, his boss's attitude toward Mrs. Coldson seemed to have changed.
However, there seemed to be no indication of his boss changing his mind about marrying Melissa Greenwood.
On the way, Cooper spoke up in confusion, "Tell me, why would Yolanda give up on treating her hand?"
He really couldn't understand.
Drawing was Yolanda's dream. Why would she give it up?
Not drawing anymore, quitting her job—how would she support herself in the future?
This woman was absolutely mindless.
