Yolanda Greenwood woke up again the next day at noon.
Noah Coldson and Lola Gold had been staying by her bedside, and when she woke up, Noah immediately went to look for Ivy Hall.
"Yolanda, how are you feeling?" Lola quickly wiped away her tears and gently held Yolanda's hand.
Yolanda stared blankly at the ceiling, as if she hadn't fully come to yet.
"Yolanda, don't scare me." Lola's tears couldn't be stopped. "Look at me, I'm Lola. Do you feel uncomfortable anywhere?"
Yolanda finally blinked, then struggled to get out of bed.
"Yolanda, you can't move, Dr. Hall said you're not to get out of bed," Lola was terrified and quickly held her down, but didn't dare to use too much force.
Yolanda kept struggling. "I need to check on dad."
"Don't move yet, listen to me..." Lola hesitated before speaking, "Patriarch Greenwood is already out of danger."
"Really?" Yolanda looked at her with red eyes, almost pleading, "Lola, please don't lie to me, okay?"
