Chapter 248: Does Cooper Coldson Not Want to Divorce You Anymore?

"No matter how upset you are now, she won't come back to life," Cooper Coldson said with patience, "and you have a child in your belly, think more about the child."

Yolanda Greenwood didn't speak; she knew she should control her emotions, but the thought of little Maria gone made her truly heartbroken.

Cooper didn't try to persuade her further and gave her time to calm down on her own.

Sure enough, after more than half an hour, Yolanda gradually settled down.

"If you want," Cooper spoke again, "we can go see Edmund together."

Edmund was the brother who loved Little Maria the most.

Yolanda looked at Cooper, visibly moved, and nodded, "Okay, okay."

In the following time, Yolanda hardly spoke, whereas Cooper reminded her to drink water, to get up and walk around, and kept asking if she was hungry.

When the plane landed, she said to Yolanda, "I'll give serious thought to the adoption, thank you for the suggestion."
