Cooper Coldson walked to the kitchen.
Lola Gold whispered to Yolanda Greenwood, "Wait for me in the living room, eat something obediently, I'll go up by myself."
"Alright, have a good talk, and don't be too impulsive," Yolanda instructed.
Lola took three deep breaths before turning and heading upstairs.
Seeing that Cooper was still not out of the kitchen, Yolanda slowly made her way there, only to find Cooper cooking noodles.
Under the warm yellow light, the man wearing an apron had a face with soft edges which looked less aggressive and more pleasing.
Tears welled up in Yolanda's eyes as she suddenly remembered something - back when they had just started their divorce proceedings, Old Master Coldson had forced Cooper to make her a bowl of noodles.
She had long forgotten the taste of that bowl of noodles, but she remembered clearly feeling happy then.
"What's wrong?" Cooper's voice suddenly interrupted her thoughts.
