Chapter 5: Young Master Huo's Lifesaver

Upon hearing this, An Baoying's face turned pale instantly. How could this be possible? She had signed secret agreements with her bedmates, and since entering the entertainment industry, she had cut ties with them completely. Not even her mother knew about this. How could An Ge possibly know? An Ge must be bluffing her. If An Ge really had compromising photos of her with those men, she would have retaliated long ago instead of being so passive now.

With this thought, An Baoying calmed herself and sneered coldly, "An Ge, you're shamelessly sleeping around with men, and now you're trying to drag me through the mud? Do you really think a word or two from you can tarnish my reputation? When I got together with Young Master Huo, I was still a virgin, and he can vouch for my purity..."

An Ge was indeed bluffing An Baoying; she never expected An Baoying to admit to any of it. But she was certain that An Baoying had skeletons in her closet and wouldn't dare make a big deal out of this. So, An Ge interrupted her at this point, chuckling softly, "How much is a membrane worth these days? With modern medical technology, you've patched up time and again. Then, she shifted the conversation sharply and said, "Are you thinking I'm bluffing? Let me tell you, I don't just have compromising photos of you with those men, but also evidence of your repeat surgeries at the hospital. The reason I haven't exposed you is because I only have one mother. I'm afraid if I expose you, you all will retaliate against me. Do you understand now?"

An Baoying wasn't sure if An Ge's words were true, so she decided to retreat and said softly, "An Ge, we're blood sisters, connected by flesh and blood, so why make things so ugly? As long as you don't stand in my way, I will ensure you and your mom reunite soon..."

She paused for a moment, "But definitely not now. Once I secure the position of Young Madam Huo and bear his child, I'll let you two reunite. Otherwise, we'll both go down together."

An Ge's mother was her only family left and was extremely important to her. She thought for a moment and asked, "So, you came to flaunt about climbing up the social ladder?"

An Ge sneered, "Would you really be that kind?"

An Baoying replied, "Of course, I'm not that kind-hearted. I'm about to become the lady of this house, and I won't let it come out that I have an indiscreet sister. So, you must leave the Huo Mansion."

An Ge asked, "What if I refuse to agree?"

An Baoying, ashamed and angry, said, "An Ge, do you wish to collect your mom's corpse?"

Just then, Qin Lang knocked and entered.

He respectfully addressed An Baoying, "Ms. An, Young Master asks, how do you wish to deal with your sister?"

An Baoying immediately put on a different face, her eyes red with feigned emotion, "I'm sorry, Assistant Qin, for causing trouble for you and Young Master. They say family ugliness should not be aired, so I ask Young Master, for the sake of the night we spent together, to forgive my sister this time and just kick her out of the Huo Mansion."

Qin Lang nodded and said, "Ms. An, the wedding dress designer has arrived. Please go and have your measurements taken, and I will handle things here."

Hearing this, An Baoying's face flushed with excitement.

Just as she was about to say something, An Ge spoke to Qin Lang, "Can you settle this month's salary for me? Once that's done, you won't need to kick me out. I'll leave on my own."
