She then heard the male officer clear his throat and take out a photo, "Lady Ning, do you recognize this little girl in the photo?"

"I do, her name is Doudou. I met her on the street and took her back to my home. I was on my way to report her missing to the police station when you came and brought me here."

"So, you didn't intend to kidnap her then?"

Ning Yichu raised her eyebrows, playing with her flowing wavy hair, and retorted provocatively, "Have you ever seen a kidnapper who boldly takes a child shopping at the supermarket?"

Watching Ning Yichu's actions, a flash of astonishment crossed the depths of the officer's eyes. Having seen so many beauties, it was rare to find one still so radiant in the police station.

Meanwhile, in the next room, Li Lingyang could distinctly feel other officers staring at Ning Yichu.

Inside the interrogation room, the male officer swallowed, glancing subconsciously towards the direction of the glass window before continuing sternly with another photo, "And do you recognize this man?"
