Training Day-Two

[Door opens and closes] [In the next section, the players were training in the workout room when Coach Wilson and his assistance manager, Coach Theodore, appeared from the other gate when the players were already in the workout room training. And this time, the players didn't wait for Coach Wilson and Coach Theodore to come in before they started training. Coach Wilson greeted them immediately.]

"Good morning my boys!"

[Team cheers and responded back to Coach Wilson" Good morning, Coach."

"Hey! How are you doing this morning, team?" [Coach Theodore]

[Team] "Doing great Coach Theodore."

"Okay, that's great and hey! Don't stop training because we are here. Just keep on training. Keep rolling!" [Coach Theodore]

[Team cheers, laughs, and keeps training]

[Coach Wilson and Coach Theodore were just standing one-sided looking at them training, but Coach Wilson realized the players were doing things anyhow, so, he called them to come around just to give them all the training methods and reasons for each methodology.]

"Hey! Boys, stop everything and come around immediately."

"Now, I am going to give you guys all my methodology for training and its reasons. One thing I don't like about players is training, anyhow. This is called a customization training method, which is not allowed today."

"Once I am a Coach here, I am going to give you the list of my training methods. Number one on the list is the upper body strength workout. You know, players do their upper body workouts so that they will become stronger and grow bigger in their upper bodies, like, arms building and more on the body."

"Players practice in the spring. Players train on their springs in a special way so that their legs, arms and more become stronger. Players accelerate from maybe 4-points at the start to their speed just to cover many miles or distance on the pitch."

"Another training method is weight training. Players work on their weight by spending special time or hours on training their weight just to build their muscle mass and fitness in their upper bodies. Yes, you can do this by lifting those heavy balls over there. And that's what we will be doing today after these talks. But before that, we have to learn more about methodology in training."

"Hope you guys are listening to me carefully?"

[Team] "Yes Coach!"

"Okay. We call the next training method the iron neck method. This training method is purposely used for training and fixing neck pain, rehashing injuries, reducing injuries, improving posture, and increasing neck size. Altogether, a strong neck. And you guys can use that neck trainer at the back of you to do that."

"However, the most interesting part of this next training method is called fitness testing. I would like you guys to challenge your fitness sometimes. And have your name on top of the list boards. And even testing fitness also helps players to be aware of their fitness so that you will put more effort in when you find your name last on the list over there."

"You know, we did an on-field workout the last time we met. That's where players train individually and sometimes in groups. Just to participate in some drills on the field. Unlike we did the last time we met."

"And as time goes on, I will allow you to train on your own skills or method, just like conditioning drills, development, and recovery techniques, which are called customization training methods, just like you were doing earlier then."

"Moreover, what we are going to train on today is our fitness, upper body strength, spring, and weight workout. So, Coach Theodore will take all the running backs, and I will also work on the other players. Time is far spent, so let's get to work now boys."

[In the next section, Lefah and Garriso were playing a TV football game in their bedroom and a notification sounded on Lefah's android phone.]

[Message alert sounded. The message was coming from Miss Sophia.]
