In Atlantis, Ramses and Krull return as Loc, Meca and Tak are with them.

Loc: We lost Caspian and the Enhumans, Krull....

Meca: not to mention, we've lost half the army...

Krull: Your point is, Loc?

Loc: The point is we missed our chance to kill your brother.....

Ramses: You know, Krull, I think these three Sea Goblins need to go back to the trenches where they belong.....seeing as how you're in control.

Loc: What did you just say, Atlantean?

Meca: Yeah....you want to repeat that?

Ramses: I said, I believe the Sea Warlock doesn't need you three.....The future of Atlantis doesn't ned you three.

Tak growls.

Meca: You know, I don't think that's your decision....that's Krull's choice.

Lok: Yeah and he would never let that happen.

Krull: Actually....

Krull turns to the three Sea Goblins.

Krull: I'm afraid the King has a point.....I don't need you three.

Tak tilts his head, while Lok and Meca share looks.

Lok: Krull? What do you mean?

Krull: I'm afraid to say that there can be no Sea Goblins amongst the throne....it would make the people uncomfortable...so....Ramses and I figured that....they're better controlled.

Lok: Krull? Are you serious?! We helped you and this piece of shit Atlantean take the throne!

Meca: Yeah....we trust you.

Krull: Exactly...that was your mistake....but time is of the essence....and you three just can't be apart of what's to come....so you'll be sent to the trenches under Atlantis....where you will starve...and die. Consider this mercy rather than killing you myself. I truly am sorry.

Lok: Save your sorry!

Lok gives an angered look as Meca attempts to attack before Krull uses his magic to transport Lok, Meca and Take into the trenches of Atlantis. Lok gives an angered screech. Back in Atlantis, Ragor enters.

Ragor: My king.....

Ragor bows.

Ramses: Ragor.....

Ragor: Sire, may I have a word?

Ramses: ( to Krull) Leave us.

Krull leaves as Ragor speaks to Ramses.

Ragor: Sire, the other Atlantean Soldiers are showing concern....with all due respect, as am I.....this allegiance with the Sea Goblins is....is unsettling for our people....and the human boats we've been attacking....they're are innocent human men and women on those boats.

Ramses: 1st: Krull and I are in command of the Sea Goblins now....the three Sea Goblin Lieutenants have been banished to the trenches where they will die of starvation....and 2nd: "Innocent"? Those men and women were the crew....of people who piss in our ocean, Ragor.....

Ragor: I don't mean to question the throne or the King....but this is not the vision Tarnak-

Ramses: Don't.....mention my father.....

Ragor: I apologize.....and what about Ezra?

A short pause.

Ramses: Ezra was a bright boy.....who believed that the surface was peaceful.....and it's not....now, you may leave....keep sending the troops out to execute more boats....

In the underground highway, The Owl controls the Eagle as Thermo is mourning the loss of Arianna as Neon Crane, Power Surge and Phantom stare at him.

Phantom: He is strong....

Power Surge: And he's angry.....

Neon Crane sighs.

Neon Crane: I'm gonna go talk to him.

Power Surge: You sure?

Neon Crane: Yes....I've been in that position.

Neon Crane turns to Power Surge.

Neon Crane: You've seen me in that position.

Power Surge nods in understanding, before Neon Crane walks over and stands in front of Thermo.

Thermo: Can I help you?

Neon Crane: Come to join you.....can I sit?

Thermo allows Neon Crane to sit as she does, sitting directly across from him.

Neon Crane: I'm so sorry, Alex....Your mom, she.....she was a incredible woman....she stood for a lot...I have an idea of what you're—

Thermo: If you're gonna tell me you know what I'm going through, please don't.

Neon Crane sighs.

Thermo: My mom was the only person who saw my potential.....she believed in me....she brought me into this....and now, she's gone....killed by some asshole who didn't even know her name.....He's gonna pay...

Neon Crane: Alex....I've been there. I've been angry.

Thermo raises his head to Neon Crane.

Thermo: Oh, yeah? You know what it's like to be considered a freak because you have different colored eyes or because you're the smartest in the class? You ever hurt anyone because they pissed you off? Or killed someone you loved?

Neon Crane: I do.....last year, I was in your position....I....I lost my Dad....because this woman betrayed me....I saved my sister...but I couldn't save my father.....I hunted down the woman who sold me out.....I wanted her dead.....I want to kill her....I almost did....but Josh talked me down....I realized that if I had gotten what I wanted, it wouldn't have made it better....it would've made me more angry....more bitter.....My Dad believed in me....believed that I would do great things with these powers....he wouldn't have wanted me to kill just to make myself feel better....That's not the life he would want for me...and that's not the life Arianna would want for you.

Thermo sighs, before he looks down.

Thermo: I'm not her.

Meanwhile, Genesis confronts Caspian.

Caspian: The Supers and you have my condolences.

Genesis: Sharp-Spike and Tremor were admirable to the cause...acceptable....and despite our differences, Arianna was one of the bravest woman who adored nature more than anyone....and she will be missed dearly.....she died for your cause.

Caspian: What cause?

Genesis: I know why you really want to gather up this crystal, Caspian.....should I inform the others? Should I inform John?

A short pause.

Caspian: Look....don't tell them please....this isn't your fight....and this isn't theirs...it's mine...and it always was....

Genesis: Caspian, you made it our fight when you asked for our help....

Quantum: Hey, Caspian, we've reached the caves of the Arabian Sea.

Caspian: Good....

Caspian turns to Genesis.

Genesis: Yes, we will.

Reaching separate tunnels, he team exits their vehicles before Quantum rallies up the Supers for a speech.

Quantum: Alright, guys. I know we're.....we're in a bit of bad spot right now.....Arianna is gone...but she looked out for us...her son especially.....Arianna would not want us to mourn her.....she's strong...passionate about the world..... and she's still with us.....and so is Dasher...(looking at Genesis and the Purifiers) even Andre and Maine.....we're going to make sure that their sacrifices were not in vain.....we have to.....so we're going to honor them all by saving the world....we only have tonight....and tomorrow....so let's get moving.....Eva, James, Charles, Mammoth, you're with Caspian and me.....

Thermo: John....I can fight.

Quantum: Alex....I know you can, but.....you need to rest and I need everyone at their full best.....

Thermo: I can fight, John. I don't need a babysitter.

Phantom: Alex....it's okay....

Thermo sighs, before nodding.

Thermo: Okay....

The team separates into a tunnel while Power Surge, Neon Crane, Thermo, Phantom, Scarlett, Red Dragon, Snake-Bite and Arachnica stay behind with the Eagle. Quantum speaks to the Owl.

Quantum: You know; he wasn't the only one close to her.

The Owl: Arianna was my friend....

Dragonfly: She was all our friends.

Sun Sorceress: It's just not fair.

The Owl: What's not?

Sun Sorceress: It hasn't even been a year since....since Dom and we lose Arianna...it's just not fair....

Caspian: This is it....

The team approaches an Atlantean temple, where the entire temple is flooded by sea water.

Genesis: This one's flooded, too.

Dragonfly: Just like the temple in the Aegean Sea....looks like we're going to have to swim again.

Caspian: Actually, we won't....the floor beds here are shallow....we shouldn't have to swim at all....just follow me and watch out for the pot holes.

Caspian leads Quantum, Dragonfly, Sun Sorceress, The Owl, Genesis and Mammoth through the flooded temple, before finally reaching the tomb where the sixth shard lies.

Caspian: There it is....

As Caspian approaches the shard, a giant fin is swimming behind them as Sun Sorceress turns her head.

Sun Sorceress: James, I don't think we're alone.

Dragonfly: I think you're right....this is way too easy of a grab....

V.O.X: Master Parker....

Dragonfly: What is it, V.O.X?

V.O.X: I'm detecting movement under the water.....it's moving fast....

Dragonfly: What is it?

V.O.X: I don't know....it's too fast....It's moving like a-like a shark, sir.

Caspian struggles to reach the shard.

Caspian: Almost have it.....

Suddenly, the apparent fin belonging to the Ultimate Guardian, Neptune, who is the form of a great white shark, pops out of the water and punches Caspian, knocking him back and into the team.

Caspian: Neptune! You're supposed to be guarding the Rings of the Ocean, not here!

Dragonfly: That's the biggest freakin shark ever!

Sun Sorceress: Best putting it likely.

Neptune: (laughs) Atlanteans and Enhumans. Shit....and I was just about to go to sleep after taking down a fisher boat.....again....(cracks knuckles) I guess I can make room for desert....Ramses said you'd be coming to collect the shard....so he sent me here.

The sixth Heart of the Sea Shard is sinking to the bottom floor, before Caspian notices.

Neptune: Oh....is that what you're here for? Well, then.....this is going to be fun!

Neptune charges at the team, opening his mouth and intending on eating the team, who dodge Neptune's attack. The Owl flies before Quantum jumps off the wall and smashes down onto Neptune's head, knocking him down, before Neptune backhands Quantum across the room. Neptune then punches Dragonfly away, before he punches the Owl in the chest, knocking him back into the water. Sun Sorceress shoots sun flares Neptune, who uses a giant piece of debris to block the flares. With his trident, Caspian lunges up and stabs Neptune in the back, causing the Guardian to scream in pain. Mammoth rushes at Neptune and punches him, before Neptune stops his fists and attempts to bite at his head, only to bite on Mammoth's helmet.

Mammoth: Enhuman helmet, shark-boy!

Mammoth headbutts Neptune while Genesis shoots adapter energy at the Ultimate Guardian. Quantum shoots Neptune with his laser vision, sprinting at Neptune, upper cutting the Guardian and breaking apart his teeth in slow motion. Neptune blocks the next strike and tosses Quantum into the wall, before throwing Caspian off his back and kicking him across the floor. Dragonfly bursts out of the water and punches Neptune, before confronting the Guardian. The Owl swims out and pulls onto an opening.

Neptune: Dragonfly, huh? Don't know how you're still flying with your wings wet.

Dragonfly: Guess anything's possible; like a Dragonfly taking down a big ass shark.

Neptune: (laughs) Wonder how a bug will taste.....

Dragonfly: If you're fast enough to catch me....

Dragonfly boosts at Neptune and punches him down, before Neptune attempts to smash Dragonfly who dodges his attacks. Neptune swings at Dragonfly, who flies around, dodging his attacks.

Neptune: Hold still, bug boy!

Dragonfly: V.O.X, activate electric net.

V.O.X: Activating.

Dragonfly shoots an electric net that pins down Neptune, before Dragonfly flies back down, confronting Neptune.

Dragonfly: Well, you certainly are the biggest fish I've ever caught. (laughs) Caspian, I think it's safe to retrieve the shard.

Caspian: Where'd it go?

Dragonfly: Oh, crap. ( to V.O.X) V.O.X?

V.O.X: The sixth shard of the crystal has sunken below you. Approximately twenty feet deep.

Caspian: I got it!

Caspian dives into the water to retrieve the shard as Neptune laughs.

Dragonfly: What are you laughing about? We've won.

Neptune: You presume too much, surface dweller.

Neptune grunts as shards pop out of his body, cutting open the electric net, before Neptune bursts free.

Dragonfly: Oh, shit!

Dragonfly attempts to attack, before Neptune grabs him by the leg and slams Dragonfly down. Neptune swings Dragonfly repeatedly, severely damaging his suit, before Neptune dives into the water, pursuing Caspian.

Dragonfly: Caspian!

Caspian manages to retrieve the shard, but turns to notice Neptune attempting to bite at him, but Caspian dodges in time and punches Neptune. Caspian dodges another attack while Neptune uppercuts Caspian, sending him flying into the wall. Neptune attempts to bite at Caspian, who dodges in time as Neptune smashes against the wall. Caspian attempts to stab Neptune, but Neptune swings back, knocking his trident out of his hand, causing it to be knocked into a small opening. Neptune prepares to bite at Caspian. In slow motion, Caspian flips out the giant Guardian and grabs onto Neptune's fin as Neptune swims around at an accelerating pace, hoping to knock Caspian off. After a long swim, Caspian grabs his trident during the swim and kicks Neptune in the back, causing him to crash. With Neptune down, Caspian swims back up, before managing to reach the tomb.

Caspian: James!

Dragonfly uses ice suppressors to freeze the water in time to trap Neptune, who attempts to break the ice.

Quantum: You got the shard?

Caspian: (presents shard) Yes!

Caspian merges the sixth shard with the created crystal, causing it to glow.

Caspian: The crystal is almost complete...just one more shard....and then the Heart of the Sea will be complete.....

Quantum: So where to next?

Caspian: The Black Sea. That's where our final shard remains.

Neptune is attempting to break the ice floor.

Sun Sorceress: Uh...guys...if we're going to the Black Sea, now's the time to do so, because that Shark-Guardian is going to be pissed when he breaks out.

The Owl: Yeah, so let's not be here when he does.
