LEAH'S POV
His words resonate with me, and I find myself softening towards him. "I don't know if I can forgive you," I say.
"I know that it would take a while for you to forgive me and I understand that, but please don't be blinded by love to stay with Ian and get hurt." He said.
I raise an eyebrow at him. "You're warning me about Ian?" I ask, my voice skeptical. "You want me to not be with him because you're worried about me?"
"Yes," Aiden says, his gaze steady. "I'm not asking you to choose me over him or to stop loving him. I just want you to be safe. I'm worried that he'll hurt you."
I bite my lip, considering his words. "You're warning me out of the goodness of your heart?" I ask.
