Isla's POV:
The little information I had about the human world from the books I read made it possible for me to walk freely and not raise any questions at me.
I wondered if a human girl who had read about the shifter world would feel the same as me.
The feeling that you know what's this all about in your head but practically you are amused by the setting. Just like me when I had first seen the huge Airplane flying over my head or the giant trucks running along the roads.
Everyone was busy here. Talking to each other. Going as about their daily routine.
I sat on the bench and carefully watched them trying to understand how they talked, walked or just random stuff. I had to find a place to stay.
But how?
No one seemed friendly enough to help me and I didn't dare to stop anyone.
After crossing another lane, I ended up standing at the bus stop yet again. The miserable situation I was in brought tears and I really wanted to go back. It wasn't easy.
