Ella's POV
I need to get a hold of my car!
It can't be this hard getting to work every day, and I refuse to run around begging for a ride. I'm just so grateful I found Martha; she helped me out. The man driving treated me as air and seemed to have a permanent sulk face, but I got here! It is all that matters.
"It is not like you to come in this late, Ms. Moon. Is everything all right?"
"Nothing to worry about, James; I still came on time! Just a little car trouble. I'm just going over the final details today, and then I'm going to have to go a little early to fix my car."
"Sure, I've kept your schedule clean today. All you have to worry about is nailing this deal, but I have no doubt you can. I mailed you the last details of the budget; go over it, and make sure it fits into your plans."
I smiled and nodded; James Wright, the boss I started out hating. Now he had become more of a friend than anything. He saw potential in everyone willing to try and work for it.
