"You're diving too deep," Ander remarked as we stood on the pack's rooftop, our gazes fixated on the ground below.
"I can't help but think about her," I replied softly, my thoughts consumed by her presence, unwilling to elaborate further.
"She stabbed you," Ander reminded me, his tone laced with concern.
"And yet, I love it and would let her do it anytime," I replied, meeting his gaze steadily. Instantly, his expression shifted, a mixture of shock and confusion dancing across his features.
