CHAPTER 31 Unintended

Hazel was delighted with Gillian's invitation. She was ready, and Esme had chosen the most beautiful dress among the ones Flynn had previously bought.

"This closet looks like a boutique," Hazel marvelled. "Why did Flynn buy so many dresses? Are they all for me?" she asked, confused. Esme just chuckled softly.

"Yes, they are. All of these dresses are just a fraction of the master's wealth, Miss. You shouldn't be surprised," Esme replied casually. "But I must admit, I also wonder why he bought all these dresses for you?" Esme's small eyes glanced at Hazel, who seemed to be blushing.

"Esme, don't daydream too much," Hazel waved her hand. Esme chuckled.

"There are many forms of affection, Miss. You must get used to it."
