CHAPTER 62: Nothing More To Do

  Emily's POV

I woke up the next morning with a very heavy heart and a body that ached all over. I couldn't get up for a while until I managed to push myself with a force that reawakened the pain. I groaned, feeling the tenderness in between my legs and the pounding in my head began to stir slowly. I knew that it would be worse in a few minutes. I didn't want it, but I knew it was coming for me.

That was the moment that the memories from last night began to play on a loop in my mind, making my stomach churn. I couldn't believe any of it. It felt as if everything that had happened that night was a nightmare, one that I should be grateful I woke up from. But sitting here on the bed, I knew it wasn't a nightmare. It was real.
