CHAPTER Twenty Six Collaps

  Elena's POV.

I attempted to transform, but my body refused to cooperate. Instead, I felt an intense, tingling sensation coursing through my veins. Frustration and fear overwhelmed me, and I let out a loud, anguished scream.

From a distance, I saw my mother rushing towards me, her face etched with concern. But my father's voice halted her approach.

"Woman, where are you off to?" he asked, his tone firm but measured.

My mother turned to face him, her voice trembling. "I want to go to our daughter," she pleaded. But my father's expression remained resolute.

"Let her go through the process," he whispered. "It's for her own good."

His words seemed to pierce my mother's heart, and her eyes darted back to mine. I let out another growl, my voice barely intelligible as I muttered, "Mummy..."

My vision began to blur, and my body felt like it was being torn apart by some primal force.
