CHAPTER 7 Throw Her Out

  Draco's POV

"What just happened?" I asked, looking confused.

"I don't know, I just saw her falling," Liam replied, his face marked with concern.

I scanned her body for the source of the bleeding and noticed her wound had reopened. "I need to stitch her up immediately, let's go," I said, urgency evident in my voice.

Liam quickly picked her up and we rushed to her room. He laid her on the bed while I grabbed the first aid kit. Raising her clothes slightly, I accessed the wound on her thigh and gently removed the bandage. I cleaned the wound, added two stitches to those I had done previously, replaced the bandage, and checked her pulse. Everything seemed okay.

"Will she be okay?" Liam asked.

"Yes, she will be. It's just a minor injury," I replied, though it felt more serious than minor.

"How did she sustain the injury?" I knew he had been waiting to ask that, but I wasn't in the mood for an in-depth discussion.
