Sinclair's pov
From this gesture of hers, I already knew she heard my conversation with Gabriel, and it hurt her feelings.
"Tell me you're not leaving Sinclair, Gabriel was lying, right?" She asked and pulled away from me. I tried to ignore her tear filled eyes as much as possible.
"Listen, Blair, I'll just go over to my father to sort all of this out. I'm neither a child nor a puppet, and I won't let my family or even Gabriel ruin my life for some stupid rules.." I said and hoped it would serve as a reassurance.
I made sure she felt much better before I headed out, of course after having a taste of her dinner..
"Where are you hurrying off to?" Agatha asked as I grabbed my keys from the holder.
"Pack house," I replied and hurried off. I drove as fast as I could, ignoring the blaring horns from other drivers and even the stop lights as well.
