Blair's pov
The house was empty, and I took the opportunity to make lunch, finish up with every other work I had left, and decided to rest at the pool side.
I didn't know when I fell asleep under the shade, and if I hadn't felt drops of rain on my body, I probably would have continued sleeping.
"Shit.." I cursed as I rushed into the house and quickly went in to change my wet clothes after having a warm bath. One by one, they returned home, and all the noise returned as well.
First, it was Gabriel, and then Caleb's car came in. Sinclair arrived almost an hour later, and of course, he didn't speak to anybody except Gabriel.
"Should I serve lunch?" I asked as I walked into the living room where all of them were seated and laughing over something I paid no attention to.
"Yes, please," Gabriel said, and so did Caleb. I returned to the kitchen, but their voices were so loud, I couldn't help but pay attention to what they were saying.
