Blair's pov
The last thing I remembered was going downstairs to see who was knocking, and before I knew what was going on, everything went dark.
I slowly opened my eyes but with the splitting headache I was having, I couldn't see properly. The foul smell around me stung my nose, and I placed my hand over my nose to reduce the effect of the stench.
"Mother?" I called out as I tried to move towards her and wake her up, but I was pulled back by the shock of the wires that was used in tying my body to the pole behind me.
"Who's there?Mother!Someone help us!" I cried as I tried to move again, but the wires activated and buzzed the strength out of me.
I cried for help and kept calling out to my mother, but she was still unconscious, and the fear of her being dead engulfed me.
The door creaked open, and I heard footsteps approaching, but the room was so dark that I had to squint my eyes to try and make out who the owner of those legs were.
