"Please get well soon, I can't stand watching you in this condition.." I said as I sat beside her and lay my head on the bed. I felt a hand on my head and immediately lifted my head only to see Blair wide awake like she didn't just get a shot of sedatives.
"You really forget things so much. It'll take more than one shot of that ordinary sedative to put me to sleep." She said, and I wrapped my arms around her as I heaved a sigh of relief.
"Is my mother here already?" She asked, and I picked up my phone to call Caleb and know where he was. The phone rang a few times before he answered.
"Where are you? You know carrying a bleeding woman in your car will definitely raise suspicions, especially when you get into traffic. " I said.
"I'm almost at the hospital, young man. Just give me five minutes," he replied and dropped the call..
"He'll be here in five minutes. You have nothing to worry about, " I said, and she nodded, but the smile on her face vanished.
