CHAPTER 91: The Dungeon

  Blair's pov

We finally arrived at the PineGrove estate and my heart started racing even faster than it already did before, but I had to remain as calm as anything if I wanted to find my way out of here.

The dungeon was dark and extremely cold. For each step I took, there were crunching sounds of leaves underneath my feet, and cobwebs spiraling around and covering my face.

"You're the first person to be put here in a long time. You should be privileged.." one of them blurted and the rest laughed hysterically.

I heard footsteps from the entrance and I knew who exactly it was. The closer the steps became, the more I held my chest in my hands in hope that there's still a little tinge of mercy left for me in the hands of the Blackwoods.

"Leave us..." Alpha Atlas snarled and the men left. I didn't know what was worse between the horrible stench around me, or the stern glare from alpha Atlas.
