Blair's pov
Time had passed, and Sinclair wasn't anywhere in sight. The sky already opened up, and the downpour outside was more than enough to keep any furry fellow indoors for the rest of the day.
"Blair, have a seat and calm your nerves down. Sinclair isn't a child anymore. Besides, it's raining so much. He's probably at the PineGrove estate, and you're here worrying unnecessarily.." Gabriel said and crossed his arm over my shoulder.
"I know, Gabriel, but something just doesn't feel right. I don't know why I feel like Sinclair is out there sulking.." I replied and bit my fingers as I paced back and forth.
"Sinclair, sulk"... he scoffed and returned to his position on the sofa.
I let out a heavy sigh and joined him on the sofa while I tried hard to calm down and be optimistic.
"Care for some drink?" He asked, and I nodded while he poured out some wine into two empty glasses.
