Lydia's POV
I take a huge, deep breath in. Finally! When the cameraman and the director gave gleeful smiles, when the clapper loader clapped the clapperboard, all of us exhaled in synchrony. They felt obligated to shake each other's hands and call it a day. So did I feel that way and shake as many hands as possible before I got my hands sweaty.
My bag which was thrown, discarded at the corner of the room was retrieved by my colleague.
"Oh lord, thank you man. I was about to make a decision to leave it there and retrieve it tomorrow because I'm so exhausted right now." I say on an exaggerated note! The male colleague of mine laughs at me, "Hey, that's a weird way to say thank you! And too much truth to your words, too. I was about to abandon my bag as well."
As he replied, we made the people around us laugh at our conversation.
