CHAPTER 55: I Want To Go Home

  Emma's POV

My feet echoed off the cold stone walls as I paced back and forth in my small, dimly lit room. I couldn't shake the feeling of emptiness and loneliness that had settled in my chest. I missed my mates, Bennett, Hunter, and Parker, with every fiber of my being.

I thought about their smiling faces, their laughter, and their warm embraces. I remembered the way they made me feel — loved, cherished, and protected. Tears pricked at the corners of my eyes as I wondered if I'd ever get to see them anytime soon.

My thoughts drifted to the moments we shared with each of my mates. I remembered Bennett's gentle touch, Hunter's fierce protection, and Parker's playful teasing. My heart ached with longing, and my soul felt empty without them by my side.

I missed our daily routines, our laughter, and our quiet moments together. I even missed our disagreements and makeups because they made us bond stronger.
