CHAPTER 42: Emily's plan.

　　As they continue talking, Emily's phone pops up with a message and she walks out of the room pretending to attend to an urgent call. As she walked out, her mind was consumed with thoughts of how to execute her plan. She had already gained the upper hand by manipulating John and Rachel, and no one suspected a thing.

　　She thought about her lie, the one she had told Rachel and Rebecca about receiving a message from a father she never knew, leaving her a vast fortune. She knew it was a risk, but it had paid off perfectly. Rachel and Rebecca had swallowed the story hook, line, and sinker.

　　As she walked, Emily's mind raced with ideas, she thought about how to take her plan to the next level. She was determined to make John hers, to make him fall in love with her and with Rachel and Rebecca completely under her spell, Emily knew she had nothing to worry about. They would never suspect a thing, they would never see her true intentions.
