CHAPTER 115 The Meeting

That evening, Emma's house was filled with the warm glow of pendant lights. The aroma of pumpkin soup wafted through the dining room. Jackson had arrived early to help her prepare dinner. The two sat across from each other, the flickering candlelight reflecting in their eyes.

"Emma, you seem really happy today," Jackson observed, a light smile on his handsome face.

"Yes, I have some good news to share with you," she replied, her cheeks slightly flushed.

"I'm all ears," Jackson said, setting his chopsticks down and giving her his full attention.

"I've contacted the Rose Orphanage and proposed that we take the children for checkups and treatments at Family International Hospital. The director was thrilled and agreed," Emma said, her voice brimming with excitement.

"That's a fantastic idea, Emma. I'm so proud of you," Jackson said, admiration clear in his gaze.
