Genevieve's POV
"Don't ever let this rubbish repeat itself again; are we clear on that?!" Allegra asked with a deep frown.
She inhales deeply like she's barely keeping her displeasure in check. "Yes, ma'am."
"Now get the hell out of my sight!" Claudia barked.
She proceeds to leave the kitchen, still glaring at me.
"Hey, get back here! Who are you expecting to clear this place up? Me?" I stopped her as she turned and grudgingly walked over to me.
"Clean up this mess; it's an eyesore," I motioned to the kitchen floor covered in mess.
She gaped at me like I had just grown two heads.
"Well, don't just stand there gaping at me like a moron; get to work and tidy up this mess quickly! It's too distracting."
She was quickly propelled into action at my demanding tone as she got a bucket and a mop and started cleaning the floor while we continued baking.
After cleaning, Marisa left the kitchen as we put the cookies into the oven.
