Elsie's POV
"My love, hurry up, I don't want us to be late."
"Yet you were the one that dragged us back to bed this morning."
"It's not my fault, you kept looking so beautiful, what was I supposed to do?"
I laughed as I grabbed my purse from our closet and rushed to him, planting a quick kiss on his lips, I grabbed his hand and dragged him outside.
He followed grudgingly as he complained, this was our morning routine and I loved every single moment of it.
"That kiss was too quick, let me get a full one, common Elsie."
"No, we will end up late because you won't stop at just a kiss."
We had to leave our apartment thirty minutes earlier if we wanted to be at work on time and since we were both very deliberate about it. It was a joint effort.
We both established at the beginning of our official relationship together that we wouldn't let our attachment hinder us from performing our professional duties.
