There's truly no peace for the wicked. I knew that very well and Roberta experienced it first hand.
It made no sense. She definitely got what was coming to her. I'm glad I killed her. She killed my child and then proceeded to try and run away with the other one.
"She's keeping the baby, Amara. I plan to marry her as well." I said casually, referring to her previous question.
In a flash her hands were removed from my head as she couldn't believe her ears.
"What?" She said flabbergasted at the recent development.
"When did this happen?" She asked in total disbelief.
What a funny question. But I'll indulge because it's her.
"In this house, approximately two months ago, in her room and in her bed. It happened once, late at night and she got pregnant." I answered her truthfully.
"No!" She exclaimed.
Here we go again!
"Yes." I answered.
I sat up from her thighs and looked at her face. Her hands covered her mouth as tears clouded her eyes.
