Third Person POV
Livie and Brandon can't help but cry in each other's arms as they embrace each other for the first time in so long. He refuses to let go, holding her tightly with each cry she lets out. His brotherly instincts kick in, just as they have as he's had to take care of so many girls he has rescued.
The pain and nervousness that would envelop him each time he saved a new girl, hoping it wasn't Livie who had suffered the same fate as these girls... had finally vanished for good. By the looks of it, Alarick had treated her well and had protected her as he had hoped.
She looked so good, so healthy, and so beautiful. Just like he remembered his mother. "It was you. Back at the hotel, that was you, wasn't it? Somehow, I knew, deep in my gut I felt something when I saw you... but when Ricky told me you were alive, I just knew it had to be you. Wasn't it?" she says through her tears, tightening her hold on Brandon.
