Nalya
I wore a cute yellow maternity dress with a cut-out at the back, and I put my hair in a bun. It was a little hot so I didn't want to leave it falling. I wore my pumps and caressed my bag. Rhaegar had insisted he go with me, but I wanted to speak to her alone, that's why I refused. This was between her and me.
"Are you sure you want to go alone?" Kiyana asked. She knew how much my sister hated me.
"I'm sure. I'll be fine," I assured her. I sucked in a deep breath. The driver opened the car door for me, and I made my way to the restaurant. I entered the restaurant, and the first person I saw was Kaley. She was on the corner table, looking oblivious across the window. My sister looked different, her hair was straight and longer, she was thinner, and her skin glowed radiantly.
Her gaze snapped to me, and she smiled, standing up. She looked genuinely happy to see me.
"Nalya," she breathed, coming to hug me, but I took a cautious step back.
