CHAPTER 30

“I wish I wasn’t so overbooked so I could spend all night with him”

  I tell her and drake

“ Luna don’t worry so much, after the ceremony you will have more than enough time to spend with him.”

She was a sweetheart, I adored her. She was also very funny and animated when she told a story or joke. She would be the perfect nanny.

We eat an early dinner then say goodnight to Noah, drake had finally agreed to let me see dad so we headed straight for the cellar.

The evening was cool and crisp, the sun was just starting to set and it really gave me a new appreciation for the parklands. It was truly a beautiful place to live in.

The boys walked with me, I had never felt so safe yet so unnerved in my life. The thought of seeing him again made me feel sick but the thought of never seeing him again made me sicker.

I needed to close this door. I needed to at least ask him why.
