Dudley forgot about Peter and Sirius' matter entirely as the school year came to an end and he began preparing for his Asia trip. The Asian Financial crisis had swept through the region and now it was time to sweep in like a savior and pick companies like apples. He had plans for Japan, Thailand, and Indonesia, not only South Korea.
The only reason he emphasized on South Korea was because of the ongoing IMF crisis. The country's chaebols, also known as large family-owned conglomerates, overborrowed and engaged in poor management. The government, of course, supported the chaebols. The over-leveraged corporate sector with barely any attention to profitability.
Now, with the knowledge of the future, Dudley decided to do some shopping. Forcing the Chaebols to open up their tightly held companies or go bankrupt. Daewoo Group, Hyundai Group, Kia Motors, Samsung—Dudley was the shark.
Meanwhile, in Japan, it was mostly banks and security firms. With them, he was a lot more careful. However, he did go after Nissan since the company was already being rescued by Renault, and he wanted a piece of the pie by being an investor.
Dudley really wanted to nail it this time because the economic crisis was the easiest and the fastest way to make money if one knew where to look. After this, his next hope was the dot-com bubble burst a few years later. Yahoo!, Cisco, Amazon, eBay, and such companies were going to face massive stock collapse.
Heck, knowing Amazon was going to collapse from $113 to just $6 dollars, he couldn't help but rub his hands with the hope of buying more of Amazon.
Looks like I can actually become the richest man to ever live.
Dudley thought while reading the newspaper, sitting cross-legged in the Hogwarts Express cabin. He restrained himself from playing with Susan and Hannah since Hermione had joined their cabin. The girl was constantly looking at him, which he ignored by hiding behind a newspaper.
[SIRIUS BLACK SURRENDERS! PETER PETTIGREW CAUGHT! - The ministry has confirmed that a retrial for Sirius Black is on the table. Peter Pettigrew, found severely wounded and mentally unstable, confessed to all his crimes. Yet, the verdict remains to be announced. Azkaban or Dementor's kiss? Only…]
Dudley chuckled after reading the first part. Lily didn't go easy on Peter. Using the Cruciatus Curse? I didn't expect that.
Sadly, he wasn't there to see it. He'd have paid for a front seat to see Lily take out her anger on Peter. Well, if it were him, the Cruciatus Curse would have been rather mild. Real torture is done with pliers, nails, and blades, not a mere wave of the wand.
"So, you're going to South Korea?" Hermione broke the ice, targeting her words directly at him.
Dudley lowered the paper and eyed the bushy-haired girl. "I am. With Hannah, nonetheless."
"Hmph!" Susan pouted on the side.
Dudley rolled his eyes and focused back on the paper. "Come on, Susan, stop making such a fuss. Just go through the fourth-year material I gave you, alright? If you don't, well… France might not happen."
"You're cruel, Dudley. How can I memorize all those study materials?"
"Yeah, you can handle it—it's even less than what regular fourth-year books cover. Trust me, stick with it, and you'll actually enjoy the fourth year." He insisted.
Since he already knew what was going to happen during their fourth year, he wanted to reduce academic pressure on himself and his girls so they could enjoy the Triwizard Tournament thoroughly.
"What study materials?" Hermione inquired.
"Forget about it, Hermione. You don't need it. Anyway, what's your plan for the summer holiday?" He changed the topic.
"I'll likely spend a few days at home before heading to Ron's. I'm planning to watch the Quidditch World Cup with the Weasleys," Hermione said, looking curious. "You're not going, are you?"
"I'm going, but it'll just be me, my mum, and my dad. They've never liked the wizarding world much, so I thought it might be nice to show them a little magic. I booked us a first-class booth." He paused, glancing at Hermione. He didn't offer Hermione a better seat, knowing she'd deny it. On the other hand, Susan didn't need it because she had her aunt. Hannah's family wasn't interested.
"That sounds like a wonderful plan. I hope you have a splendid holiday," Hermione said earnestly. "I should head back to my cabin now. Let's meet at the World Cup venue."
Dudley gave her a playful salute. "See you around. Oh, and don't forget to ask your parents about my idea. A budget-friendly dental chain could really take off. I'm happy to help out with the investment."
It was nothing. Just a small step into the healthcare business that Dudley had planned. Eventually, he wanted to own mega hospitals across the globe. There was a lot of money to be made from that sector. Besides, using a few non-magical but wizardry-related herbs for some miracle medicines sounded like a trillion-dollar idea.
Of course, before that, he had to somehow gain a foot in the Ministry, especially the International Confederation of Wizards. Without their support, getting around the International Statute of Wizarding Secrecy was going to be impossible.
"Will do, Dudley." Hermione smiled gratefully and left.
Bam!
As expected, Susan snatched the paper from his hand and straddled his lap with her legs spread. Though her actions seemed rather deliberate.
"You'd better not forget me now that you've got Hannah," Susan said with a teasing smile, glancing back at her friend. "Hannah, take care of this fool. It's pretty easy, just spread those legs."
Hannah nervously blushed and nodded strongly. "Will do, S-Susan."
Dudley laughed and wrapped his arms around Susan's waist, his palms clenching her asscheeks each. "I think I smell something… Jealousy?"
"Hmph!" Susan smacked on his chest and leaned into the side of his face, grounding her sensitive loins over his rising erection. Into his ear, she whispered. "Can't wait for France."
"Oh?" Dudley felt something just then. Quickly, he slipped his hands underneath her skirt and to his delight, nothing was covering her soft bottom. Her pussy lay bare, drooling as she rubbed herself on him.
"Hehe… Don't be so greedy now." Susan teasingly kissed his cheek and jumped back, standing up. "I'll go get changed."
With that, Susan grabbed a pair of jeans and a shirt from her bag and went to the lavatory.
Left alone, Dudley looked at Hannah. She had already changed her clothes but she was certainly dressed to impress. A cute full-sleeve top, tight around her bosom, and then a short, box pleat skirt, leaving the lower end of her thighs and the rest of the legs covered in see-through black stockings. Her blonde hair was untied, combed neatly in pretty waves.
"Excited?" He asked her.
Hannah nodded firmly. "It's my first time sitting in a muggle flying vehicle. A little… nervous?"
"Hah, don't worry about it. Honestly, I thought about getting a private jet, but they're not quite worth it yet. Maybe I'll buy one when we finish Hogwarts. For now, we've got a private charter jet." Even he looked forward to the trip. He'd gone to the States the last time, and this time it was the East.
"I can't wait," Hannah murmured excitedly.
"Me too."
Physically, emotionally, mentally, and financially. He couldn't wait to have a blast.

Malfoy Manor.
While Dudley plotted an amazing holiday with his wealth greater than ever, the case was completely the opposite for Draco Malfoy.
"You have sullied the name of my great house! I can barely walk without hearing the laughter of filthy half-bloods and muggle-borns, mocking the Malfoy name behind my back! Do you have any idea what you've done?"
Draco stood still, feeling colder than the chilly hall of Malfoy Manor. Head down, eyes blurry with restrained tears of anger and frustration, never looking up at his father. He knew even his mother couldn't save him this time, hence she stood on the side silently.
"F-Father, I'll pay it all ba—"
"You think it's about the money? Have you lost your mind? All these years I've drilled it into you—the Malfoy name is not to be tarnished. It's gilded with gold, yes, but it's not the gold that defines us! It's reputation, prestige, discipline, pride, fear! Men tremble, they part ways when I walk through, not for my gold, you fool—for me!"
Draco held back his sniffles the best he could. "I-I didn't want to… I-It was that damn mudblood, father. He cheated… He tricked me. He lied to me and… won—"
Pa!
It wasn't powerful, but it was loud. The back of Lucius' hand connected sharply with Draco's face, throwing his head to the side. For a moment, complete silence fell between them. And when Draco looked up, he saw complete disappointment in his father's eyes.
"Do you hear yourself speaking? Pathetic! It doesn't matter how he won because he won and that's all that matters. You agreed to his bet, did you not?"
"I-I did…" Draco couldn't hold back his tears anymore. "I didn't want to. He f-forc—"
"There you go again." Lucius raised his hand, this time an actual slap.
"Please! Stop!" Narcissa jumped forward and shielded Draco. "That's enough!"
Lucius' face red in fury, he glared at his wife. Controlling himself, he took a step back, but his verbal aim changed. "This is all your fault! You've spoiled him for far too long. He doesn't understand the worth of money, nor the weight of his words. And this—this boy is meant to lead my house? I'd rather see it reduced to ashes!"
"Enough, Lucius! It's nothing but petty gossip behind your back. They've always done it, and they always will. Why let it bother you?" Narcissa defended her honor, she had to.
Lucius sneered and rushed to the side. He picked the latest edition of the Daily Prophet and showed a small article, titled 'Malfoys Lose Steam, Dursley Wins Big!'
"Look at this! Does this look like some petty remark? Your son allowed that mudblood to drag my name through the dirt!! Look at this article!" Lucius threw the paper at Narcissa and gave Draco one last look before storming off.
"Discipline him, or I shall find far more... persuasive methods to make him behave!"
Soon enough, the footsteps vanished.
Draco came out of his mother's embrace and wiped away his tears. Gritting his teeth, he still spewed venom. "It's him! Dudley! He must've bribed the Daily Prophet. Just because he's got money, he thinks he can challenge us! That mudblood!"
In silence, Narcissa processed her son's rage-filled words. She wanted to discipline him but didn't know where to begin.
"Forget about him, dear. For now, focus on finding a way to calm your father."
Finally, Draco cooled his head and agreed. "Yes, Mother."
