Before Ivy could see it coming, the men surrounded her. They all appeared as though they had formed a circle, trapping her in the middle.
Ivy bit her lip, almost feeling scared for a moment, unsure of what was going to happen next. This new move from the men confused her, and she couldn't comprehend their intentions.
Her knuckles clenched unknowingly as she waited, ready to strike and defend herself from any attack the men might throw her way.
The men smirked, seeing the expression on Ivy's face. They believed they had her. She looked nervous, her narrowed eyes focused on a drop of sweat trickling down her forehead. One of them laughed at the sight.
Ivy, however, let out a laugh in the tense yet awkward situation, trying to calm her mind.
"You all aren't ashamed? I'm just a fair lady, and here you all are, ganging up on me. That's very unfair, don't you think?"
The men raised their eyebrows, caught off guard by Ivy's sudden words.
