" A Change Of Plans "

( in the afternoon, still at Siri's mother's hospital):;

( Outside the hospital):;

As they prepared to leave the bar, their phones buzzed simultaneously with an incoming notification. It was a group chat on Their Line, titled "Parents' Meeting" and included their parents' names.

The message read: "Meet us at the SafeZone at 2:00 PM. - Your Parents"

Confusion swept across their faces. "What's going on?" Dee asked, her brow furrowed.

"How did they...?" Siri trailed off, her eyes scanning the group.

The drivers, who had been waiting patiently outside, approached the group. "Excuse me, we need to leave now, it's 1:20 pm now," one of them said.

The Elite members exchanged uneasy glances, faking nonchalance. "Okay, let's go," Chan said, leading the group out of the bar.

As they dispersed to their respective cars, they started chatting on Their Line.

"How did our parents find out about the SafeZone?" Nat asked.

"I have no idea," Wut replied, "but this isn't good."

The group's chatter continued, filled with speculation and concern, as they wondered what their parents had planned.

"Hey, guys, have you thought about the rules our parents might set?" Chan asked.

"What do you mean?" Dee replied.

"Think about it," Chan said. "Since the accident, have any of our parents actually spoken to us or texted us about anything important?"

There was a pause before Nat responded, "No, they've just been giving us the silent treatment."

"Exactly," Chan said. "So why the sudden meetup? And now that we're about to start uni, it's weird that they didn't even discuss the plans with us."

"I know, right?" Siri chimed in. "It's like they've been keeping everything a secret."

"This meeting isn't going to be good," Wut said. "They're obviously going to set rules, and after what happened...I don't think it's going to be easy."

"Yes, that's true," Dee said. "I've been thinking, what if they're going to restrict our freedom even more?"

"I wouldn't put it past them," Nat replied.

"And now that the incident is gaining more attention from the media," Siri added, "I bet they'll try to hide us even more."

"Like, keep us under lock and key or something," Wut said.

The group continued discussing their concerns, speculating about the rules their parents might set.

"I bet they'll try to hide us even more," Siri said.

"Obviously, keeping us close to them isn't going to be a good idea for them," Nat replied.

"I think they'll tell us about the uni plans," Dee said. "And I feel like there's something wrong about it."

"What do you mean?" Wut asked.

"It's probably going to be something to keep us away," Dee said.

"If they want to keep us away, then the uni is a good way to do that " he continues" I bet it must be somewhere really far or unexpected," Chan added.

"Right, that's true," Siri said. "Thinking about the uni is giving me a headache. And Something's telling me this uni is not going to be good experience."

"I've been trying to be positive," Nat said, "but now you guys are making me worried."

"Right,Who knows, maybe it'll be a good thing," Dee said. "Maybe we'll even get to study abroad."

The group burst out laughing. "Do you really think they'll take us abroad?" Wut asked, chuckling.

"What will the media even have to say about that?" Chan joked.

Their laughter was short-lived, as the reality of their situation sunk back in.

"Let's be for real, Our parents have been giving us the silent treatment, and I bet it's something really serious," Siri said, her expression turning somber.

The group fell silent, lost in their thoughts as they wondered what lay ahead.

" Right,All those years of silent treatment," Nat said, "and now they suddenly want to talk."

"I know, it's weird," Dee replied. "But think about it, even though they settled the matter with the principal and the school, the media still wants to talk about it."

"This matter is serious," Chan said. "We should be prepared."

"I think we should try to set our own rules," Siri suggested. "We can't just let them dictate everything."

"Exactly," Nat agreed. "And they shouldn't know about our driver's licenses. That's our own business."

The group nodded in agreement, determined to take control of their own lives amidst the chaos surrounding them.

"Talking about our business now that they know about our SafeZone," Dee said, "I'm sure they're going to use that to get something out of us."

"Seriously, can't we even get something without them knowing?" Nat asked, frustration evident in his tone.

The car slowed to a stop, and the driver's voice interrupted their conversation. "We're here."

Siri quickly typed out a message on the group chat. "Remember, no matter what, let's not agree to their deal without thinking it through. We need to find a better way out of this."

"Exactly," Chan replied. "If we agree to their terms, it's not going to end well for us."

"We need to talk for ourselves for once," Dee added. "Let's be smart with this ."

The group fell silent, bracing themselves for the unknown as they prepared to face their parents....
